Wow. Battery tools have been a game changer for me.

Battery tools have even replaced most of my air tools. About the only thing I use the air compressor for anymore is the blow nozzle and filling tires.

I even have a little Ryobi cordless tire fill compressor, that is great for filling normal size tires, and small quick blow off jobs. I fire up my compressor occasionally, just to see if it works.

Ryobi makes a battery power tire inflator. It works great, just set the pressure you want and it shuts off when it reaches the set point. Pumps pretty fast too, of course not as fast as the ones seen on TV. I don't think my big air compressor could fill a tire that quick.
