could someone give me the electrical diagram,schematics for a '51 to-20.I need to find out if the wiring is correct.It has a wire coming from the starter,one to the battery,several going to the ignition switch,etc.,and the one closest to the starter is grounded,is this correct

thanks Richard,but I've already been there,the schematic was vaque,and they did'nt have the gas conversion,just diesel,but thanks anyway,cw

Did you try this page type in "to 20 wiring diagram"
in the "search for" spot? there was over 200 hits.

If you have a TO-20, the sixth wiring diagram on the FENA list should give you the answers you need. It sounds like you were looking at the wrong diagram. There was never a diesel TO-20.

You must have looked at the first wiring diagram on the [b:97f332b7be]FENA wiring diagram list[/b:97f332b7be] - it is for the Ferguson TEF20 diesel tractor.

[b:97f332b7be]HERE [/b:97f332b7be] is the TO20 6 Volt wiring diagram. It is a pdf document so you will need to down load to your computer, then open with Adobe Acrobat.
