seized up motor

so i got a 310 and it was full of rust from sitting and the pistons are seized up and i cant get them loose... any advice????? by the way i popped the bearing caps and drove sleeves 1 and 6 out and got 2 and 5 started but i cant get to the caps on 3 and 4....?????

you will have to turn engine over to get to the bolts put pressure on crankshaft to turnit over will take to people hammer on both sleeves from bottom push both sleeves and piston rod assemblyout the top lol

get moms vinegar out of the cabinet, pour it into the cylenders, let it set overnight.. this should help.. vinegar eats rust..
