Looking around for new guards for my Number 7 and GL-25-VO mowers. Seems that I can find some guards easily, but are they correct for my mowers?
The Number 7 book lists MD 989
The 25-V book lists MF 989
The GL-25-VO book lists MC 804S
From CaseIH here in Australia I can purchase guards MJ804FSER for $96.00 each! Very expensive indeed!
From the U.S. I can get guards far cheaper, but mostly they seem to MC2041. I have some of these, but they look far heavier than than MD/MF 989 and MC 804S guards.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
