Slow front hydraulics

I have an Allis Chalmers 6140 the front end loader is really slow. One of the hydraulic connectors has a leak and needs to be replaced and I was going to change the filter. Other than that the hoses look good and there are no leaks around the cylinders if anyone has any ideas on what else I could do to fix this I would appreciate it.
