Small engine forum site?

Got a 28 hp, Kohler, Command Pro---fuel injected---short on power. I assume it is computer controled since it won't speed up till it warms up. Need someone to tell me about what I just bought.Ex Mark 60" deck. Should be unstoppable with 28 horses, I would think.TIA, bob

I don't have any ideas from your post. You may have one of the Electronic Fuel Ingection engines. Don't know squat about those.
