Did Snowco make the two axel trailer with both a 4 bolt 12" wheel and a 5 bolt 13" wheel?

Where could you get a new hitch for one of the two axel trailers?

Any place to get the hub caps for the 12" wheels?

Unlikely that they would mix hubs, like that. To find the dust cap, you need to measure the size. Most auto parts places stock them, low price item. Once you have the size, you can find many sources, on google, amazon, etc.
