What are the rules that you have to follow?

Hi Connor. My wife and I contacted Case company about designing apparel to sell. They asked us a lot of extensive questions. Long story short, we signed a deal with them and pay them royalties on apparel we sell. Case company said we have to have their permission to use their name and we had to show them designs that we create to get the ok from them to do this. So far we are slowly getting business from our Etsy store. We enjoy creating J. I. Case merchandise. Please spread the word about us. We look forward to spreading the J. I. Case name to people all over, youth as well. Thank you. Kow Farmer Kurt.
