Some what's its?

Cleaning out some junk that I didn't know I
had. These were in an old tool box along with
some files and a couple of saw kerf setting
tools so maybe related to saw sharpening?
One has a small file clamped in it.

EC Atkins made saws as well as sharpening tools. Pretty sure it is saw related but do not know the specific use of these tools

Cross cut saw filing tools. The one with the file is for squaring up the teeth. The two on the bottom are for setting the raker height. The rakers are slightly shorter than the cutters.

The one on the top left I cant see quite well enough.

Update found what they are. This is only one of many found on eBay.
