Horse people can't count past 20. Two guys loaded a trailer this morning when they returned I ask how many bales that had on it. "48" they said. I counted the bottom row on one side there were 12 bales on it. 12 time 2 = 24 when I went to school. They had 4 rows on the trailer. I had them count the next trailer finally gave up and counted it myself. They had 3 rows at 58 and 68 and 4 rows at 94. I wonder how many toes there are on a horse, maybe that's there problem.

Walt --- IF you thnink Horse people can't count -- you should try asking an Amish farmer to count ... now that's an experience ....

They are probably sharper than you think. They can divide by 2. Or just trying to avoid multiplying by 2? Good move if it works!!!

NY City Girl needs help! My husband has his uncle from Ireland visiting us this week. We live on Long Island & he is looking for anything to do w/ antique tractors.

Can you help us out? Know any sites I can look into local events or know of any museums, books, or shows in the NY area we can take him to?

I have been searching everyhwere but it seems Long Islanders don't care about farming these days!

well walt how many bales did they have? and did you take their money?
If i hated someone as bad as you do these horse people i wouldnt deal with them.
