heres another one. I read down the responces, and thought about them. Theres some things i should say. This still isnt the nice site i found in june. Most of the people havent changed, but some have. I plan to hang around some, but not as much.I would like to thank everyone here for not feathering me a few mounts back, and for continuing to support me in whatever is is i did or was doing. My H hunt will continue, and this site is unbeatable for fast, dead on answers from old folks with experience. Thanks for your responces to my previous thread, i diddnt expect that at all. My intention was to say bye so you wonderful people diddnt think i rolled a tractor or ran myself over or something. Like i said, i'll be around here, i'll check in every day or so if anyone has any questions for me or so i can chime in on people's questions. My E-mail is still always open. You havent heard the last from me, i'll be here. Off into the sunset i go :-)

Oh, come onQ you may has well thank me, as well, for the "PETA ribbing" I've given you (all in GOOD fun)!

Lanse, what you need to do is go out and find yourself a steady girlfriend. After she gets thru messin' with you heart, mind, body, and spirit, ain't nothin' written on this forum will ever seem significant in comparison! (It might be prudent to shop around until you find a girl whose daddy for granddaddy has that Farmall H you need parked in the barn.)

geee.......thanks......i think.
I dunno, my town is of 5,000 and they concider themselves a city. Kinda strange since theres about a mile of town and 5 miles of farms until you get to the next town :-} anyway, about everyone in there (the school) is very shallow, apperence based judgements. Probabally about 200 in my grade and theres 4 of us "country" people that dont really want anything to do with the other 196 and they accually do concider us stupid hillbillys. Its just sad. Most girls there look and dress like theyre 30. Everyone has a blasted cellophone, so do i, but i rarely carry the thing and hate it. It has its point, if i am doing something dangerous around the farm i carry it and i have it on me on days i ride my bike sevral miles to school. People think i am strange because i told them i am selling an Xbox and a lifetimes worth of games to fund an H when i find one. I am working for a few farms right now, but i want to get a good un' and get it looking nice. Welp, i guess i am a freak.....I'm cool with that :-)

its a B3030 with a 403 loader and a cab w. stereo. I love it. My dad also got me a Holland TZ25 and that was one heck of a machine, it handled like a ATV, had exelent tracton and was fun to use, but it was light and weakly built. Get one for mowing your lawn, but it just wasnt up to the farm. The B3030 feels like raw power, is highwe up and lifts nearly 3 times as much as the holland. I love it!!

Lanse, glad to see you've calmed down. You must have sowed most of wild oats. Now just have to show you just how good meat is.. You must be in the boat I just got out of. Go to school, join my group (We were all rural and small town kids in a town that thought itself hot stuff) who eithe lived, worked, or were working on a farm. Four or five of us could do what it took 25 others to do because we listened and we worked. I learned to weld, and I had Ag shop and Welding shop back to back. In Ag, working in metals, I was second only to the teacher. being longwinded I know. Anyway, good luck on the H. Surely there must be more Hs around you. I would have figured you would have your pick over 4 of 5 in your county. Good Luck

Hi Lanse, I'm fairly new to this site but from what I can tell your becoming a bright and decent young man. Hope you stick around, Steve

I know that tractor, very nice. I have been looking at a 2630 or 3030 but without loader or cab. It will be used mostly as a mower.

Hey, little buddy, a few thoughts. It takes a LOT of courage to be different from the crowd. The prettiest girls are usually the worst ones to try to get along with. How many of the crowd have a clue what they want from life and are working towards it? Stay away from drugs and tobacco, one will ruin your life and the other is too expensive. Figure up a years worth of tobacco and how many H parts that will buy. I think you will do just fine in life, look forward to hearing from you again. Chris

Keep your chin up lanse. You seem to know what you want out of life, so think things though and go out and get it..

Stay safe..

ok, lets see. A pack a day at $3.50 each is $1277. Thats a nice amount of H parts. Thanks for your comments

They are a great tractor. Are ya mowing a lawn or trails and fields?? If youre doing a lawn, the TZ is one good machine to work with.

A pack of cigarettes is 3.50? Are you not talking about cigarettes? Around here cigarettes are in the $8 range for a 25 or so pack. I don't smoke or anything but do see the prices when at the counter of a Mac's or other convience store.
