Splitting a Kubota 2250dt

Clutch is froze on my 2250. Trying to split the tractor. Have removed everything it said to in the manual. Can"t get it to come apart. Moves about 1/8 inch. There was a lot of water in the clutch housing when we loosened the bolts to it. Should the 4WD drive shaft be removed? I thought it came out with the rear of the tractor when you split it. Anyone have any ideas what could be holding it together (Rust)?

I really do not know a thing about a KUBOTA but I would look for a bolt not removed. It is easy to over look a bolt. I recently encountered the same problem with my Deere. Someone made this recommendation so I told a second look. To my surprise I found a bolt I did not remove. It came right apart after bolt removal. Look from both sides, there always seems to be one from the other side. That is my two cents.
