stanadyne/roosamaster injection pumps

I was wondering how you determine what head is on the pump. Weather its a 370 390 450 or so on. Thanks

What are all of the different numbers on the pump tag?

The numbers on my pump are DBGFCC 633-4DH and 1564396. I dont remember exactly how to tell but either I have a 33 head or a 39 head.

633 means six cylinder 330 plungers if it has the head on it that should be on it.

I agree. Is this moline a direct injection engine or does it have pre-combustion chambers?

The engine its going on is the 585 direct injection engine.

ok, just making sure you have a direct injection engine, easier to make power out of. Is engine turboed, if so, what size are you running? Is it a 3000rpm class? I'd go with a 45 head/rotor. Make sure you run the lazered injectors and big lines. I think fuel supply is important also to keep from seizing up pump, make sure pump was built by a reliable source.
