starting issues on 4020

When you were trying to get fuel to the injectors did you crack the high pressure lines at the injector ends, have the throttle open at least half way, and fuel shut off set to run while cranking the engine over with the starter? Just confirming your process.
yes sir we tried everything so is there anything else I can try before I remove the pump and send it to the shop?

yes sir before I finished checking everything my starter quit working so I hope to get it back on before the snow this weekend, thanks Jim.

Can you hear or feel the solenoid working when the key is turned? Not that difficult to pull the cover and verify that the metering valve is free.
when I get the starter back on I will check into this, I've never even tried to work on any pump so I guess I could check that before I remove the pump, but Dieseltech works on all of my pumps and does excellent work!
