Staybilt, shelf life?

Straightening out my shop today and found a bottle of StayBil that was hiden on a back shelf. Does this have a shelf life? I'm sure that it's at least 2 years old, maybe 3.

I am not sure but it took me about 3 years to use a large bottle of it, still seemed to work fine.

On back of my bottle it says 2 years, it is good for.

What is the shelf life of STA-BIL Fuel Stabilizer?
2 years after the bottle has been opened, provided it has been tightly capped and stored in a cool, dry place.
