I was successful in removing the threaded axle pin of a Ford Workmaster 601 using version 3.0 of a tool I designed. With the help of generous amounts
of penetrating oil and very moderate heating. The tool I ended up making was machined from 2 inch mild steel bar stock. This tool interfaced the axle
pin to a 3/4 inch breaker bar with a 2 inch socket and 3 foot handle extension.
