sway blocks J/D 6420

I have a j/d 6420 only has 100 hours when I raise the lift arms the sway blocks jumps out of the bottom groves. I have asked dealer where I bought it--- no help --does anyone have the phone number for John Deere Techincial Help-- there might be a simple fix if i could only talk to someone. Bill
