Swivel fitting leak

Hi, this fitting on my loader is leaking. It swivels, I guess it is supposed to? Looks like it's leaking where it swivels. Any way to tighten it? The hex on the right screws all the way into the ram.

Thanks.

If everything is tight and its leaking at swivel point you will most likely have to replace it.I put a new two spool valve on my IH tractor and used 4 fitting like that. I had to take two of them back couldn't get them to stop leaking at swivel.

None of the fittings on my MF loader swivel, all the movement (which isn't much) is from the flex in the hoses. Probably need to replace fitting, although I have had some luck taking fitting apart and wrapping with teflon tape to seal. Good luck.

time white... take another look at his photo... that swivel has an internal "O" ring and was crimped after assembly. NO amount of thread seal tape is gonna fix THAT leak!

My origional loader hoses also had swivels which wept a bit. The braid was also starting to show so I replaced them with fixed ends. If fitted correctly there should be no problem. I protected the parts which could wear with flexible plastic conduit, although this is probrably not necessary.
If both end couplers are angled then think carefully about the orientation and length of hose in all loader positions before crimping. This should ensure that there is no excessive stress on hoses or couplingss.
