T O 30 engine problems

I have a TO 30 that got hot and blew a head gasket. after I replaced the head gasket and started the machine I found under a load the tractor runs poorly and I am getting compression in the air filter. I checked the compression and found 1,3 120psi 2 30psi and 4 is Zero
4 is the cylinder were the head gasket blew
tractor has blow by I was think valve guides/seals or piston rings
any ideas Thanks

Did you check and reset all the valve clearances after you reinstalled the head?

yea 0015 I am going to remove the fuel tank and valve cover and double check it tomorrow

I would make a guess, valves not relaxed when adjusted. Did you check head for warping? Torque head?

Check the valve lash and the ignition timing. If the lash is too tight the intake valve may not be full closing. If the timing is is retarded you can also have these symptoms.
