Need to locate a John Deere G technical repair manual. YT and any ag parts sellers do not list one.. Even tried John Deere. They have operator's manual nothing else. Can't find one on eBay. Just starting on1947 G.. Was my Sons.. He passed away in May. His son my grandson wants to restore in dads memory. Got pulled part way down, but know technical manual is a must for reassembly.

Sorry Ray, I wouldn't recommend that site to anyone. I looked at the site you mentioned here, and I couldn't see much value there, unless you want to download pdf viewers. I couldn't figure out how to search for a specific manual. Have you found and downloaded specific manuals from there?

He got a number of answers over on the JD Forum after posting his request over there. Bottom line there is no specific manual for a G, one has to use several related manuals. Here is a link to his thread on the JD Forum.
