say some nice comments about a guy and they disappear other guys bash him all the time they stay what the HELL is the deal thought this was a friendly pulling site Terry

except you for got that 95% of pullers are NOT friendly. from my few yrs experience tractor pulling is filled with the poorest sports & sorest loosers of any past time or competitive sport i can think of. & on here, most have never even met the guy they're bashing....
pretty sad....I enjoy working my tractor & seeing what it can do, not necessarily the friendships at the pulls, cuz they're few & far between so far.....but I do try....

Come pull with us!! I've met some of my very best friends on the pulling track. I'm always thrilled to see a new guy win even if it's at my expense!

tempola,
I here you....I do not make a ton of money either....I am just a 32 year old that messes with farm tractors every once in a while....when I post a pic of something i built there is always one person being negitive....they are either jelous they could not make it or the just have a ton of money and can order one online....If there was not guys like us messing with tractors coming up with new ideas it would be the same thing all the time...(this is for everyone doing this not just tempola) If I met you I would shake your hand and interduce my self and have a great day pulling win or lose.....I respect you for thinking outside the box like me.......thanks

I agree that most tractor pullers are friendly and helpful. Ive spent alot of money pulling NATPA and get beat on a regular basis. Ive talked some really good people there and have recieved alot of help from knowledgable people there. The only problem is that when I come home I have to listen to the wife complain about my tractors but its not a perfect world.

your rich in a lot of things others that post to this site don't have . thanks for your postings and I enjoy your pictures a lot. just another puller

Over they years my family has had many hobbies. For years my girls showed hogs and where in 4H. They made life long friends going to Fairs. Yet there were some that you didn't care to be around. Most were fine. Tractor Pulling is now my hobby. I've met many people and most great to be around. Not as close with my hog friends as I once was, now my pulling buddies and I talk more. I like to get on this board and see what's going on. But the bashing gets old. Some people need to grow up. Just my two cents. Hope everyone has a great pulling year. Andy Bolsen

I dont know where some of you guys are from but I pull in southen Il IN Ky MIS and Mo even went Tn a couble of times.I go for the freindship as much as pulling. The places I have been are 99 plus freindly people. If you can get up our way I am sure we wont look at your pocket book but at you and you will find out the first time that you are a freind and welcome.Leroy
