Thermal Arc LM-300

Anyone have one or use one. What's the good bad and ugly of them. Never been around one and might just pick it up if they are ok. Comes with a wire spool too. Any idea what a ball park price would be? Thanks!

I bought a Thermal-Arc 251 at the Dakota Fest Farm Show in Mitchell SD last summer. I didn't get a chance to use it for quite a while. When I did, there was something wrong with the gun. It seemed as though something was stuck in it. Anyway the wire would not feed. Called the vendor that I bought it from and he told me that I HAD to bring it to them to get it fixed. 250 miles away, not an option. Could I send him the bad one and he send me a new one? No way, I was told NO company would do something like that. Called Thermal Arc, got no help from them, just an apology. Turns out that the vendor has three stores, so I called another store, got a very nice helpful person and after sending mine to them and them getting the wrong one to me, and me sending the wrong one back to them and finally getting the right one, it seemed to weld okay. Luckily I haven't broke anything that needed to be welded yet, and I haven't had much time to start on any welding projects, so don't know how well it will work in the long run. I also got the aluminum spool, but hven't got the gas for it to try it. I think I gave around $1700 for the entire setup. I hope it will be okay.
