are needed for the folks devastated in them southern state storms last night. Hope everyone in our community here is alright. If I didnt have chickens coming back so soon I'd come down to help clean up, but we'll say a few Our Father's and Hail Mary's for ya all.

I went through the center of an F3 borderline F4 tornado in 2001. My little home town of 1000 people was devastated as it went right thru the middle 1/2 mile wide, we could not beleive the support and help that came from all over the world. People are still good and thoughtful as a majority, you bet they have my thoughts and prayers, wish I could go help.

There were several fatalities in my area of fairview tennessee. I spent most of the night helping open up roads to get medical personal to people who needed it.. Less than 4 miles from me, there is total destruction of houses trees and such. Roads are completely blocked for miles.

Does any one here need firewood?

I hope all is well to all the other members in the hard hit areas...

floyd i heard it on the police scanner last night got a little rough here in charlotte too not much damage this time i"m disabled right now from surgery or i would be right there with ya helping out my thoughts are with ya my friend

Wind just blew the roof off my 10by20 doghouse, Our huskies seem to like their new sun roof. This is going to be a pain to fix (bad back and shoulder) going to the dr in a few mins need a cure all..... Rickey

The counties just west of us were hit pretty hard last night. Some areas, such as the Mountain View, AR area still have no communications and we are not sure how much damage there. Latest news says 13 killed in Arkansas, but several still missing.

We were blessed in the Little Rock area, most damage was minor.

I've been talking to a feller about 40 miles from "old" and everything sounds ok down there.
