Weather man says 1-4 inches tonight, time to go out to the barn and get the back blade hooked up! I dont know why I like this so much, but looking forward to the snow and some seat time. Have a safe time is you must travel for our day of thanks.

I know what you mean. In a sick way I'm also looking forward to pushing some snow around. This is my first winter w/ a tractor - before now I've paid the neighbor guy to clear it with his pickup and plow. I pushed a lot of snow w/ my dad's tractor as a kid, though, so I'm sure the novelty will wear off quick.

I'm praying everything goes okay tomorrow - drivers in this state seem to forget from one winter to the next that snow and ice make the roads slippery. Usually takes one or two snows for them to start slowing down. This is really the first snow and a big travel day. I wish I DIDN'T have to travel.

Have fun and God Bless!

Hafta admit I get a little excited about some seat time too. I HAD to do it as a kid on the farm but, you know, now that I'm older, I don't look at it as a job. More fun just movin' it around and seeing how big I can make the piles. Kinda sick, ain't it!

Lookin' at making a heat houser for my '50 8N. I know they're available out there commercially, but I think makin' some old canvas fit the N makes a nice project.

Have fun and don't forget who really deserves the thanks tomorrow.

My Woods mower is still on the Jube. One of the 8Ns or 2Ns can fill in if we get snow (though the tires on them are not loaded) but I don't expect any significant amount here in SE Mich. Also, the ground is still very warm and most anything that comes down will melt soon. I try to wait until the ground is frozen before removing much snow so that I don't have to rake a lot of gravel out of the grass next spring. Always some, though.

Well guys,my 8N is snug in the shop with the 3pt. v type snowblower hooked to it hopefully she is ready for business.Up here in North Dakota, blowin or pushin snow isnt quite as fun, sometimes its 25 below! But I'm sure you knew that.Anyway, its fun to have the "N"s
