Timing for TO20

I have a TO20 and do you have method and spec. for timing engine.

Timing is at TDC

Per the ferguson Shop Manual, the TO-20 ignition timing is 7o BTDC @ 400 engine rpm. The specs on the Ferguson Forum page are incorrect, or at least do not agree with Shop Manual. Go to the Ferguson Forum and do an archive search. I've given a simple timing proceedure on numerous occaisions and if you can't find it, give a holler.
