tire chains

I have found a few sets of tire chains in a shed I'm cleaning out > I have two questions. First are these chain worth anything and second how do I tell what size they are. My uncle says he thinks they are off 38inch tires but I wanted to make sure.

measure the lenth of them they could easily bring near new price if somebody needs them if they are brand new
