Does anybody know the correct tire size for the Cockshutt 40 wheatland? I am replacing my tires and the tire is 14.9 by 38! Is this correct? How does one find out? Thanks
 
    From the literature form # F14-60M-7-53-CP which I assume is form F14, 60 thousand printed on July, 1953.


    "WHEELS-Front tires 6.00 x 16, 7.50 x 16 extra, Std. model only, rear 12 x 38 standard - 13 x 38 optional."
 
At the risk of stating what you already know, based on the other reply the 13-38 of that day would translate into 14.9-38 today.
