looking for a good set of 18.4-38 tires and 9 bolt rims. prefer non cut.

whats the inside and outside measurements of the tims ? how much for the package and how much just for the rims ? any pictures of the rims ?

Rim centers are all the way on the inside of the rim. Would ask $400 for the rims and $800 for the package. Can send pics of the rims and tires via email or text message if u want no problem. Located in southeast ohio
