I was looking at a J.D. 51 "A" that has a set of 15 in. Firestones F&Rs on widened rims. Tires are like new, and the rims are also. Can anyone give me a "ballpark" price of what they are worth? The Tractor also looks and runs good. Thanks for any info---Joe

Well, Field and Roads are no longer made, so being that tire is so desireable it helps the value. As far as new prices 15.5x38 tire is like 350-400 bucks, tubes another 40, 14-38 rim another 300. So, conservatively you have at least 1200 in tires if they are like new. Now if you are planning on selling these tires after you buy, consider being able to get 700-900 because they are used and you have to attract some attention. Hope that helps!

like to know where you can get a 15.5 X 38 for $300 or $400...bought one two years ago & it was $560 plus tax for a Titan...I'm sure they have gone up since then...Kent

they do make a traction field and road and they are $600 each plus tubes. 14" wheel is around $225 each and the tractors worth 2 grand if it runs
