Is there any allis chalmers wc model tractors that came with 38 inch tires on them from factory. Have rule in club about tire size,need some help,thanks.

The regular WC came from the factory with 11 x 28 tires. Now if they made a high special it maybe had 38 inch tires. I've never seen a wc high tractor.

To Joe M (GA) Do you have a copy of wheel and tire sizes for WD.Need to know if WD came with 38s.Thanks in advance. Tommy in NC.

Thanks JoeM. My Dad bought a new WC in 1946 and at that time all you could get was 28 inch wheels on rubber. They did have a few steel wheels left from before WWII if you special ordered them. I would think aftermarket dealers would have had them.

WDs and 45s had 38" tires/wheels as an option for the high clearence model. They are listed in the parts book.

Why does my '45 WC have 24 inch rears?
They are stamped steel rims that sure look like they belong there

Any thoughts?
