TO 20 Steering Shaft

Hello All,
I was wondering if anyone knew where to purchase replacement locking nuts for the steering shaft on a TO 20. The parts books says that they are 13/16 x 28 thread. I have looked on the internet and have not had any luck. Thanks for any replies.
