TO-35 duals

In the owners manual for my To-35 it says that there was a dual rear wheel kit available. Has anyone had one with duals? Does anyone have pictures?

my owners manual shows duels on a to-35 but i would think that a set of duels would be very hard on the transmission and differental of the little tractor.

when its overloaded i want the tires to slip not break axles and gears.

newer big heavy tractors are made for duels.

when the 560 Internatioal came out they gave it a big six diesel but did not beef up the differental and almost lost there steller reputation as differentals started falling out.

about the same time john deere came out with the 3010 and 4010 with little to no problems.

GO for it on 'Duals'......I know I'm gonna get 'flamed' for this response but, so be it...... but, ignorance is still expensive.....DON'T accept 'advice' here to the point of believing these 'little' tractors will 'break' with DUALS. Your 35 is a frikkin' bulletproof little tractor and I can assure you they WILL do more than most of the owners here have the guts to put them thru. ALL it asks is that you don't overheat the engine. A very easily overlooked 'weak link' in the chain of Ferguson things.

Use common sense and don't ask the 'standard' range to do more than it was engineered to do....use the low range FIRST and 'step-UP' from there if your 'little' tractor seems to be having an easy time of the chore.
Seriously....do we start out from a stopsign in 3rd or 4th gear? NO, we don't. If you have concerns, start out in low range and go UP from there. How hard is THAT for the 'naysayers' to understand? Only using the low range 'for emergencies' is the timid owners' way to under utilize the full potential of these GREAT 'little' tractors. The SMART owners of these 'little' tractors KEEP them in 'Low' range UNLESS they NEED to be stepped up to standard. I have a MF35 Deluxe, & I wouldn't sell it for ANY amount of money short of being able to buy TWO of them to replace it. Let the flaming begin....

Fred,

Shift into 'lo' range and pull away. your 'little' tractor is tougher than your own courage......

I have a complete set of duals for a TO 35. This includes the spacers, bolts, tires and rims. The set is for sale. Email if interested.

Thanks for the responces. It is good to see different opinions. I understand what Fred is saying, but I must agree with Jim These tractors are tough little machines. I wouldn"t sell mine either.

Also, my apologies to the members of the board for my crass responses. I can only say that I was in such a foul mood, I should never have been within 100 feet of another person OR a keyboard to go over the line so.
