TO30 oil filter

I've done a ton of reading lately and it all pointed to Fram being the bottom of the pile....... something about the filter material being glued to cardboard ends that tend to degrade over time & usage.

The Purolator Pure One was rated as one of the best because the filter ingredient consists of three types of materials where most just use paper type "stuffing".

I use them on all our vehicles ........... Just got a case of them for my tractor from Amazon.

I had been using the Fram C134PL oil filter too for my TO30, but later saw a post on this site that the proper Fram filter should be the C3P. It does look like a better fit and I've been using it ever since. As far as what manufacturer is best, I have no idea, so you might want to go with sarg's suggestion.
Have a Merry Christmas!

Fram filters do tend to get knocked on a couple of vehicle forums I belong to however I"ve had no issues with them on any of my vehicles all of which have gone over 100K. For the average user I think oil filters are like asking a guy what his favorite beer is. Ask ten guys, you"ll get 10 different favorite beers - mines Budweiser by the way....
I couldn"t find a Ferguson TO30 listed in the store oil filter reference manual. It instead referenced the "Massey Ferguson 30" which listed the C134PL as the proper filter. Wanted to know if this was the same filter to use on the TO30.
