The standpipe is under the small plate at the right front of the hydraulic cover, under the seat. In line with that cover are 3/8 plugs on both sides of the cover. The manual says to attach a pressure gage on the right side, but you can remove the plug and attach a gage on either side. Early 35 models (up to SN 169395 and few exceptions after that up to 169566) should have a 2000PSI pressure relief valve (1900-2300PSI range is speced as aceptable). Later models should have a 2500PSI valve with a range of 2300-2800PSI acceptable.

As Ron mentioned, to get a gage reading for when the relief valve opens you will need to do something to overload the lift arms.
