I bet they are all stuck together like that.
Plastic drinking cups are the same way.

If they are stuck from paint take a 2x4 or 2x6 and spank them on the side as you roll them. They will come apart without damage if they are not old and brittle.

Drill a hole in the bottom one to relieve the vacuum, then drill the next one, etc. Then you can throw them away because they leak.

You can also force water from a pressure washer or water hose in between them, works good with the hot water from a pressure washer!!

I'll second the air nozzle. Just point it in the joint and blow. They'll come apart.
