Interesting differences - first time I've noticed that! I'd use the manufacturer's figures, as McKay suggests.

Usually it is recommended that the nuts and studs be well-lubricated with grease. [BUT, don't fill blind holes with grease!.]

Also, it doesn't necessarily mean that more torque will help anything. Soft gaskets have an optimum squeeze. But after running a few hours, it might be wise to recheck the torque (after cooling down.) Just one time.

Do make sure that you fit the Head gasket the correct way up, it is usually marked. It should fit the smooth side up. Make sure that the Liners stand proud of the Cylinder Block by .002" - .008" or the Head Gasket will leak. DO NOT turn the engine over while the Head is off the Block or you may disturb the Sleeves and the gaskets underneath will leak, you should clamp them down in place. Don't remove all the carbon from the top of the pistons, leave a ring around the outer edge about 1/4" wide or it may start to bun oil and don't disturb any carbon at the top of the Sleeves, this is unless you have fitted new rings.
Cylinder Head 60 - 65
Main Bearings 90 - 100
Big Ends 42 - 46
Flywheel 42 - 46

you will certainly need info on how to reset the engine governor. Just let me know what you need. You MUST use the correct plugs if you are running on TVO or it will not burn correctly...John
