Tractor parts never recieved

Sent Rob Swartzlander, from Watervliet MI, money for parts Dec 15, 2007. March 9, 2008 still have not recieved parts. Payed by paypal.

File a dispute against seller at Paypal.Usually motivates losers like this guy.Good place to start.

I am not sure about the present time, but you better hurry to file. In the past you had 90 days to file.
Been there and done that, fortunately it work out for me and I got my money back.

I made one purchase from him/her/them on ebay - recently. Waited and waited to receive item. He/she/they would not answer my emails. I thought I had lost my money. Finally - FINALLY - after over a month, I received my item. It was as described. However, the overall experience left me with the feeling that I was extremely fortunate I ever received my part. Pretty scarey. Everyday life is thrilling enough as it is; thus, I have decided (personal decision) to purchase elsewhere in the future. That is not to say he/she/they are not WONDERFUL and RELIABLE and CHARMING and quite the SOCIAL CONVERSATIONALISTS. And, I might add - they packed the part well and it was (eventually) shipped to the correct address. Still....

I had an experience on ebay once (not with this seller) where they only accepted money order or check- I sent them a check for my purchase and got my product two months later or so....the check still isnt cashed over two years later. Somedays dealing on ebay just isnt worth it....

Been there, done that! They do not understand that the buyer is just as important as they are. It seems to be, "get the money here as soon as you can". After you do, they can find a million excuses as to why they cannot just do their part of the contract.
Based on my experience, you will likely get your parts, but it is like pulling teeth.
BTW, it is a family business so don't waste your time looking for someone to listen, they are all on the same page.
Nepotism is the worst part of any family business, it prevents folks from seeing reality.

I gotta agree with my fellow Chuck on this one. Next time parts first, then money.
