I tried the other day to post some pics of the tractor but obviously I am not smart enough for that. I tried to post three more today so lets see if it works!
This is how the tractor looked the day we picked it up. It looks nothing like this now, just the motor, trans, rear end is all that is left. The rest is at media blasting!

well 2 out of 3 pic, not bad. we get the idea. lol. do what you want, my TO-20 has the down swept exhaust to the rear axles, looks nicer/

Looks like you"ve got a good solid TE-20 Ferguson. It also looks like your front right radius arm is bent. (heavy link from foot peg to the front axle.)

Nice project keep us posted.

The tractor used to have the exhaust below and to the rear and it will be that way again. The guy that bought it from my Great Grandpa put a one size fits all exhaust on it. I dont think he used the right clamp at the exhaust manifold because it doesnt even come close to sealing up. Everything around it was covered with black. Now that it is back in the family, it will go back to the way Grandpa had it way back when.
I did notice that the brace was bent. Any idea how to straighten that beast? If I get some time tonight, I will try to post some pics as of last weekend. What a difference.

I never saw an ejector seat on a tractor before! I have a Allis with a shock absorber seat, not worth it, the factory spring is fine for most people. Look at the way the old feller's hands took the paint off the fenders, this thing saw alot of honest work. Nice to know it's back in the family, we'll all be happy to help you along.

NICE TE-20 YOU GOT THERE. I HAD MY TO-20 42 YEAR'S. WOULD'NT TRADE IT FOR THE WORLD. IT'S BEEN NOTHING BUT GOOD. HOPE YOUR'S IS THE SAME. GOOD LUCK.

I have a 48 TE20 it's never bin rebuilt holds 40 pounds of oil constanlcy starts ever time, great little trator. Best of luck with yours.
