TW5 remotes

Howdy all. I’ve read a lot about leaking remotes but have a question. My tractor has 4 remotes on a series 2 TW-5, I never use or have used them, this tractor is used for road maintenance so they never get engaged. Levers on the couplers are in the vertical position but they still leak out of the drain hose. Would this require a control valve or a coupler assembly rebuild. They is a loader plumbed into the pressure, return and pilot tube. I’m guessing even they the remote levers never get moved the loader is putting pressure on the remote assembly when to loader pilot tube pressures up. Any info on rebuild kits would be appreciated. I can't see how loader operation is affecting the remote couplers if they are truly in neutral. If your remotes are never used, there's a good chance the linkage is seized up and maybe one or more valves are slightly in the engaged position. If it was me, I'd put all of the levers into the float position and see if that makes the leaks stop.

Bern, thanks for taking time to reply, the float is a great idea and I will try that and update. In the meantime help me understand the system so I’m not guessing. In the photo the loader is tee’d in between the left and right valves and in the background the pilot is tee’d also. Am I correct to assume that when no pressure is applied to the pilot line then the priority pack applies no pressure to the main pressure supply. Thanks.
