Unstyled AR

What should I offer a guy for an JD. AR unstyled, engine gone thru top to bottom,new rad.,steering column.redone,clutch,sheetmetal good, solid front and rear rims ele.start.Gas tank and hood needs to be put on other misc. items tractor has not been started he has run out of time and money.
