Unstyled Hoods

I want to buy a new hood for my unstyled G. Who has the better product...Sharps or Detwilers or are they both from the same place? Thanks Paul

I've always bought my hoods from Dave Geyer @ 319-628-4257. He has very good quality hoods that are just like original and they fit. I have never bought a hood from Detwiler but I have bought a lot of other stuff (fenders, wheels and etc.) from them and they were always of very good quality.

Got a hood for my unstyled G from Dave. His work is excellent and the hood is perfect.

I recommend that you get your hood from Dave Geyer.
I got one from him for a "36 "B". The fit couldn"t have been any better and the price was reasonable too!

I just bought a hood for my "41 G from Dave Geyer two weeks ago. Absolutely perfect fit, quality workmanship, friendly service and priced right. Give him a call.

Wow! What an education! I hadn't heard of Dave before today. I called him and priced out the hood with shipping and I am sending a check in the morning! I believe a friend of mine is about to do the same thing for his A! Thanks !!

Do NOT buy one from Detwilers. I bought one from them for my 37 B and it fit terrible, the bend on the hood sides was not even close. Dave has by far the best hoods.
