Still dryer than a popcorn f**t here, but I again disced (disc/harrowed) in prep for planting oats this fall in south central texas. Used the 1850 LP. Had a problem. The lift cylinder took 10 - 15 seconds to lift the disc. I knew my hydraulic pump must be okay cuz it worked fine on the four bottom plow. Finally I noticed a valve with a handle on it on the hydraulic line was pretty much closed. I opened it and everything worked fine! Wow, do I like that smooth, quiet, powerful six cylinder LP Oliver 1850!!! It was fun to play in the (feels like) 99 degree heat with Ol' Ollie today! kelly
