Value of F12/14

I know with few details, its an impossible question to answer, but i had a friend ask for her elderly mom. been shedded for 20 or 30 years. I'd assume barn stuck with average sheet metal. I have no clue about the status of the gas tanks or anything. She is going to try and get me pictures. Ballpark, whats an F12 or 14 worth that needs restored? I'm an orange guy myself. What is parts availability like for them?

The value on the old farmalls are in the sewer! A restored f-12 with
new rear tires painted and running just sold on a consignment sale in
gladbrook Iowa for $750.00

Parts are availble but the worth depends on where you are. Here in NE Ohio probably less than 3-400 dollars unless it is complete and only needs cleaned up then maybe 200 more.
