Rebulding my Cont Z134. Found that there are no stem caps on the intake or exhaust valves. Could this be the case? I am positive they did not fall off when I was dissasembling. Does this mean they are not necessary on this model engine?
 
Yes, they need to be on ea one of the 134 engs.
The intake set of 4 is p/n 830704m91 and the exh.
set is 830705m91. Someone may have adjusted to the "limit" to get by. A set of intakes is in a
clearing house in Chilton,Wi called The Parts Depot but they are out of the exhaust. Chuck
