Vegetable Equipment???

Depends on what equipment and what vegetables. For me, when I was in the business, I used my tobacco equipment. Holland transplanter, IH 140, a 12v sprayer, and a plateless corn planter. That took care of squash, pumpkins, Indian corn, sweet corn, and peppers. If I had tomatoes I rented a water wheel transplanter and a plastic mulch layer.

Auctionzip.com will find anything in your area. Plug in your zipcode, plus the radius of the area you want to search. Here in MD, eastern shore, and south Jersey, are the big production areas for veggies. I also check fleabay, sometimes you get a better deal than a south jersey auction!

I have this Vegetable transplanter for $595. Ken Sweet. [email protected]

when you used your 12v sprayer on sweet corn, did you apply insecticide with it? I have 3 acres of sweet corn and need to spray for worms. the patches are 45 ft. wide, but I could spray from both sides. would like a 12v fimco sprayer work for this. need to have enough volume to wet the plants and silks. thanks
