This company called Vevor has some cheap cost tools I bought a metal shear and a slip roller So far no problems
I’m ok with them, just used their trailer winch to pull this ‘47 Willys onto my car hauler. I also have their overhead hoists in my shop. This company called Vevor has some cheap cost tools I bought a metal shear and a slip roller So far no problems
Yeah, that's probably a little sketchy for a 10", but the guys on Hobby Machinist recommended a 6 inch for my Atlas in that price range. "accurate enough for hobby use" and from Shars which is a pretty well known name for machining stuff.Over on Practical Machinist they won't even let you mention the name.
On another site I saw a guy bragging that he just bought a 10" 3 jaw lathe chuck for $110.
What kind of a chuck do you think he could get for that? I would be afraid to spin it up for fear of it exploding into shrapnel and killing me.
