walsh sprayer

I recently aquired a walsh crop sprayer. It has the Hypro 7 roller pump and a Tee Valve as the controller. The pump works great, but I can't get any water out of the Tee Valve that goes to the spray lines. I took it apart and can't see any thing wrong. There isn't much to them on the inside. With the pump running I can get water out each outlet if I push a screw driver in there against the yellow spring plungers. Does anyone have any advice or experience with these Tee Valve brand controllers? I appreciate any help.

If it is the number 17 manual valve, you raise the handle up to parallel with the ground.

A very humble thank you for your help. After walking out to the sprayer and tractor, boy I feel dumb for asking. Yup, the handle parallel to the ground was what I was missing. Thanks again.
