WD-45 more questions

Has anyone ever had a radiator custom made for a WD-45? Got out to the shop this morning to start fixing leaks and I noticed coolant has leaked around the top tank on the right side. I fixed the hydraulic leaks and started it to check that they stopped leaking. Raised and lowered the arms several times to get the air out of the system. I've never used a WD-45 that the traction booster gage has actually worked so I have no idea what's normal. When the arms are up and the pump unloads, the needle bounces wildly. With the arms down or while lowering, the needle doesn't bounce. The gage isn't going to last long if that's normal. I'm not crazy about cracking a fitting to bleed it with that kind of pressure. I'm not sure how that brass street L on the pump stands that kind of pressure. Thanks again for any advice.

Been running it today and no coolant leak at all. Not sure where the coolant came from just sitting over night. Got a 20 psi gage today to check oil pressure and idling at 500 rpm it has 11 psi. 1400 rpm it's up to 14 psi. I'm not impressed at all with these new gages. The temp gage and the ammeter don't work at all and the oil pressure gage reads too low.

I paid like $125 for a new functioning traction boost gage. The needle just barely moves. I might as well kept the old gage since this one barely reads anyway...

I don"t see a problem with those oil pressure readings. Very typical for AC. With lift arms up, TB gage should be pegged and steady.

I think the Original TB gage has a dampener built into it..the needle never "Bounces"..

After cracking the line and trying to bleed the air out, the needle is still bouncing. Idling at about 500 rpm the needle moves about an 1/8 inch back and forth slowly. The higher the rpm the faster and farther it bounces. I had the entire pump apart to inspect everything and install new o-rings and seals and all the parts looked good. The springs in the plungers had a little wear on the side of them but I didn't think it was bad enough to replace them. I'm guessing it's the gage since none of the other new gages have worked.
