WD45 hand clutch problem

I have a hand clutch not working on a wd 45, what kind of oil does that take and what are common problems I might look for. Any help would be much appreciated

Disc could be stuck together.

Ques #1 80W-90 or even 85W-140. Gets its lube from the trans/diff.
Ques #2 50+ years of wear & tear, discs, throw out bearing etc. Adjust disc wear through cover under battery box by removing shims. Replacement requires a split.
