wd45 pulling help

i have a gleaner E motor in a wd45 with a set of 36 inch coop tires.this is the first time iam trying them. I have had 38 inch on them and could spin them out. went to 26 inch combine tires and did decent with them but could not get in top 3. i have a a plastic venture that is a 1/16 over the size i have now should i use it or not. plus i am running combine governer. looking for help

put your 38 inch tires back on if the are any good

Al , If the carb at wide open throttle will suck your hand up to it hard at starter cranking speed then its non to big.

ditch the combine gov,use a tractor gov,also spend$40 to buy a175 gov spring,it should rev to 1800 rpm's.good luck!
